HOW TO DETERMNE YOUR CORRECT SIZE

 

1. Start with a measuring tape, MEASURE WITH A BRA ON!

 

2. Bring the tape around your back by your shoulder blades(Jeunique bras fit low in the back)

 

3. Bring the tape around front JUST ABOVE YOUR BUST and pull snug across your breast bone…THIS is your BAND size (ex: 32, 34, 36 etc.)

 

4. Then, slide the tape down over THE FULLEST PART OF YOUR BUST (write this number down)

 

5. SUBTRACT this number from your BAND size and the difference is going to determine your CUP size.

There was a time when I belonged to the Victoria Secret society. Four babies and 10 years of breast feeding later I’d likely walk in and have the salesman (we are in Saudi Arabia, I’m assuming it will be a man.On second thought it will be in the Kingdom Mall in Riyadh, so it’s likely to be on the women’s only floor) approach me and say, “I don’t think we carry your size here.” O the horror! Retraining Your Breast Tissue

Is there anything you can do? YES!

Bringing your breasts back to a more youthful look and a healthy state takes some time and effort. It’s all up to you!! Practice the suggested program to retrain your breasts and the results will delight you. Making sure you are wearing your new bra properly will start you on the right road to looking and feeling better.

Retraining Your Breast Tissue

Periodically during the day, train your breast tissue by repositioning the tissue to enter the support triangle. Do this for the first few weeks. This retraining will help move breast tissue forward. Occasionally there will be a “fat” pad in the underarm area that will not fit into the triangle easily. A previous ill-fitting bra often causes this, but your breasts can be retrained. To position the tissue in the upper arm area, lie flat on your back with your bra off and reach up as high as you can. Reach across to the opposite breast, and using the whole side of your thumb and the palm of your hand, press firmly and massage all the way to your nipple. Do this 7 times for 7 days. If you are doing the exercise properly you should feel the tissue moving. On the 8th to 20th day, increase by one time each day, till you get to 20 times a night. Continue this breast massage until the tissue has moved back into the upper part of your breast, giving you a rounded look on top. This is also a good time to perform your monthly self-breast examinations!
